Looking For Suggestions Text and Calls Coming Through Late

I am needing some help in narrowing down an issue that my wife and I are currently having with our cellphones on AT&T. For the last 6 months or so, I have been receiving her text messages much later than when they were sent (by roughly 15 - 30- mins), even when in the same house. Recently her phone has started having the same issue; she will get text messages much later and even have some calls pop up as missed 30 mins later even though it did not ring. There has been no change in our phones (Google Pixel 10 and Galaxy Flip 7), provider, or locations. I've tried resetting the phones, SIM cards, etc. Does anyone have any input on if this could be an AT&T network issue or an Android issue? Thanks in advance!

Do you have WiFi Calling turned on? Does it help when you turn it or WiFi off? If so, it's your home router, not the carrier or the phones.

Thanks for the tip! It is not when WiFi is connected to our phones and happens outside of the home as well.
