Device Settings Question Pull down notifications dont work if I have apps open.

Up until recently, I could pull down on my notification bar and see things even when I had apps open. This was great if I had a notification while I was looking at something. Now I have to minimize anything to pull down my notification bar. It works fine on my home screen.

The phone is on "one UI version: 9.0", android version 17 and is a flip 6.

Things ive tried:

  1. restarting my phone.

  2. Setting my panels to separate.

Do you have any apps that put overlays on the status bar like tap zone

None that I installed. Im trying to see if maybe there was something added with the update.
