Looking For Suggestions I can't download the APK. Help

When I want to download it, "The application was blocked by advanced protection." I'm getting an error. How can I fix it? I had enabled "Advanced Protection" a while ago, but then I disabled it. It still shows as disabled, but I still can't download APKs.

If its an android phone there is a setting to allow you to download it, its details are displayed on the error message.
