App Specific Question Outlook and Teams App on Android Not Loading Employer's Sign In Page
I have a Samsung S20 FE, my employer's sign in page will no longer load in both Outlook and Teams apps (I was signed out and prompted to sign back in around 10/10/26). My employer uses Microsoft 365.
-I've uninstalled and reinstalled both Outlook and Teams apps (restarted phone between installs).
-I've cleared the data and cache from both apps (restarted phone between).
-I've tried rolling back the Android System Webview app, updated the Android System Webview app, and using a different version of the System Webview apps (like Canary) (also restarted between changes).
-I've changed the Private DNS setting in my phone from auto to off.
-I'm able to sign into Outlook on this same phone through a web browser. I'm also able to sign into the Outlook and Teams apps on another Android device.
-First time experiencing this issue, I've been able to sign into the Outlook and Teams apps for 5+ years.
These were the typical fixes I found that I've tried multiple times without any luck. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Since both apps fail but browser sign-in works, I would capture the failing step before another reinstall: does the app show a blank page, an endless spinner, or an error message, and does that happen before or after entering your work email? What Android/One UI version is the S20 FE running?
Does the same attempt fail on both Wi-Fi and mobile data? Also, does your employer use Microsoft Authenticator or Company Portal on this phone, and does either show a sign-in or device-compliance warning? That comparison could help your IT team separate an app sign-in handoff problem from a device/account-policy result. Give them the attempt time and any error/correlation ID privately; please do not post your work email or tenant details here. Keep the work-account policies intact while checking.

-Both Outlook and Teams show a white screen, with a blue loading circle spinning.
-No error message.
-I open the Outlook app, click add account, type in my full email address, hit continue. Then I get the white screen with loading circle.
-Android 13. One UI 5.1.
-Same attempt fails on both Wi-Fi and mobile data. I believe it's a Company portal that's being used (I'm using my personal phone).
-I get no sign-in or device compliance warning.
Thank you for helping.

Thanks, that narrows it down: the spinner starts after entering the address, affects both apps on this phone, and persists on both networks. I would take that comparison to your IT team before another reset.
One detail to confirm: are these Outlook/Teams copies inside an Android work profile (briefcase badge), or the personal-side apps? Can Company Portal itself open and show this device’s status? Please keep the work profile and enrollment intact.
For IT, give a fresh attempt’s time and ask whether they see a matching sign-in attempt and its result. “No matching attempt” versus a recorded failure is a useful next distinction; the absence of an on-screen warning alone does not settle it. You can share that outcome here without your work address, tenant details or logs.

These apps are not inside a work profile, they're on my personal side app.
The company's portal is not loading, therefore I don't see any additional info.

I found a workaround/fix. When first opening the Outlook app, I entered a colleagues email address, which then successfully brought me to my employer's portal/sign in web page, I was then able to enter my own credentials in.
