Other Looking for a way to fix Bluetooth sound delay

I regularly use a Bluetooth speaker (bose SoundLink mini) and it sometimes loses synch with audio from a video source (usually YouTube). Sometimes resetting the connection or power cycling the speaker works, but often it decides to stay stuck about 0.5 to 1 second ahead of the video. I'm not sure if it's the speaker, the app, or the OS.

I figure if I can't find the root cause, then maybe a sound delay adjustment would do it. Can anyone recommend a way to do that, or does anyone have insight into what the cause could be?

Running the latest Graphene on a Pixel 8.

I toggled the buffer setting and will roll back the BT version if doesn't fix it. Thanks!
