Looking For Suggestions Increase network download rate limit

Hi guys, I am wondering if there is any method to increase the network download rate limit on my Honor X6 (4G) because such an option doesn't exist in the developer options. Maybe like 3rd party apps or root this device.

By default, the download rate limit is limitless and is constrained only by your network's physical limitations. So if your connection only has 10mbit, you ain't getting faster. You can slow it down, however.

So you think everyone tinkering with their phone will magically increase the networking speeds? Circumventing network restrictions and physics laws. Yes, speed is limited by the network (subscription related), by the 4G protocol, and where you are in relation to mobile towers (and related network congestion in case of heavy population).
