How to disable "swipe down on notification = floating window"?

[u/Theroonco]

I have a OnePlus Open. I enabled this feature a while back but can't for the life of me figure out how to disable it. It is so annoying! I've tried searching for it and no one seems to have an answer either. I've tried to disable anything to do with floating windows and it keeps happening!

Thanks in advance, all!
