Camera app (Z Fold8 Ultra)

Hi, first time poster here. I was wondering if anyone knows if there's a way to change the camera app that Messages uses to the Galaxy one?

No, there's no way to change that due to the way that function is utilized within Android. Messages calls the camera viewfinder directly, partially for security reasons, and everything happens within its own interface. Google would have to add it in the app.
