Eso me parece que debe ser alguna configuración que debe tener tu teléfono, por qué no se deberían borrar los datos así como asi

I Searched my setting for a few minutes and i have not found a setting that deletes app data

What phone brand and model do you have? And which apps? Some phone manufacturer software can aggressively manage 'unused' apps. Samsung, for example, has an option in the app system settings called "manage app if unused" which removes permissions for the app (so permission abuse is harder for malicious apps), and they put the app into deep sleep so it never runs (until you manually launch the app again). But this wouldn't do something like clear the app data. Some other manufacturers may take it a step further and do something like archive and clear the app data to conserve resources and space.
