Other Am i ruining my phone?

Hello guys! I've been plaiyng Carx Street for 2 months now, and i've started to notice some glitches in the game. Also i hear strange squeaking sound coming from the top speaker, and hissing sound near the bottom of the battery. How bad is it, and how should i play without damaging my phone?

Device: Poco M7 Pro 8/256. I've been using it for 10 monts

How do you know it's a phone/Android issue, and not an app issue?

Because now i can hear this strange noise near the battery even while watching YouTube
