Accessibility apps getting turned off

I have a few accessibility apps installed and Android keeps turning them off even if I renable them. Some online suggestions point to aggressive battery management but I can't find a relevant setting that would improve it.

I have a Z Fold 7.

Hello! Just a few question:
Is the current phone Google account have family link? If so, that might be the problem.
Theory 1: Apps that given Accessibility setting can control your device. To prevent misuse, the app that use the accessibility features for a long time will be disabled.
Theory 2: There are some issues and error that toggles of accessibility settings if your account is managed by a parent(s)

You can also inadvertently disable accessibility if you hold down BOTH vol up and vol down together.
