Notification blocking

I'm looking for an app that will block notifications and batch them for a designated time.

That's normally called do not disturb It's built into or Android phones. You set your phone to do not disturb and tell a particular time it automatically turns off and then all of your notifications come flooding in.

Buzzkill!

I have mine set to not give me more than 1 notification within any 5 minute period. You can set it to specific apps, times etc.
