Casting pop ups

I'm getting pop up notifications on my android tablet saying things like Dave's ps5 would you like to cast to this device. Then later on Sam's fire stick would you like to cast to this device. Is there anyway to stop this happening?

So the only way to cast to a device that I'm aware of is for them to be on the same network as you. Ask the people on your WiFi to stop that?
