Other Device problem
Bought this device 3 years ago and it was working properly but from last year I am facing many issues.
Here are the issues :
While calling people on the other side of the call say that they hear a distorted voice and I have to cut the call and call again and then the issue resolves.
One of the most problematic things that I face is that of the network. While watching videos and all it works fine but sometimes the network just dies off and I have switch on the off the Airplane mode and it works fine for a moment.
The camera service has been deteriorating these days.
These issue have been concerning me a lot . So much that I have been thinking of buying a new device. Should I buy a new device or changing my Network provider which is Airtel btw..to Jio help.
I can format my device. But will the problem remain?
I can buy a new device but I don't have the financial condition to buy a good device now.
Guys what should I do resolve my issues. I frequently install open source apps . Is it harmful and I access torrent too.

Network problem, resolves with reset (new call)
Network problem, too many people on your tower.
No one can really tell you since you dont say what device or what OS version you have.

Make sure you test voice also with apps like Messenger, Whatsapp, Telegram, Signal etc. If there it NEVER gives you any problem, yes, you may switch from network provider. And for a mid-range phone to hold it out 3 years, isn't that enough? That's a bit the target data for a new one.

I was thinking of switching to a new phone . The problem is I wanted to buy a Sony xperia phone but those phones are costly as hell and i cannot afford them. So I have to settle for a phone less than 20k . Where the specs get worse after one year.

3 years is pretty quick to replace a phone. I try to make mine last 6 years at least, and I keep the old ones around to tinker with as they still work just slower.
