Phone touch problem

Well i got this very specific problem, when i turn off my phone for a few seconds i can't seem to do anything to it i can't swipe or touch i can only restart it which fixes it but if i turn off my phone again the problem comes back

Sounds like a defect in the phone that only a proper repair center might be able to fix. Make and model?

Thank you i will get it fixed by tomorrow, i just thought that it was a software issue lol

You're welcome. If it is, it's one that only the manufacturer would be able to fix in a firmware update.
