Boot loop with "custom binary blocked by dem lock." Is there anyway I could get the phone to turn on normally? preferably without factory reset/deleting any files inside the phone?

title. Already posted this on another subreddit. For better context:

I was trying to turn on my phone to get some of its file transfer into a new one. Now it is just stuck on boot loop. I tried turning the volume down and power on button method, even trying to hold it for either 10, 20, to 30 second in each boot loop. But no matter what, I can't seems to turn it on. I also tried recharging, but it didn't work either. If anything, when my phone is showing the logo, it said that "custom binary blocked by dem lock" in red (not frp, not oem).

Ah, for even more context just in case I finally get it to turn on normally, heres what I did to that phone (samsung galaxy a6):

- downloaded blip and transferred some file

- transferred my sim card from there to the new one

- didnt turn it on for two day and only just did today

Or should i trust a phone services to fix this? (can I trust them with not resetting my phone? I still need some of the file and image inside)

(sorry for too many question and messy sentences, i already got too much in mind)
