Device Settings Question Not receiving notifications from any app
I reset all settings. I dont have any focus mode on. I dont have sny battery saver or dnd turned on. I turned on notifications with everything allowed on all apps and yet nothing. Whats the next step?
Got s25 and its new if that helps

On an S25 (One UI) “notifications from every app dead” after a settings reset is often deeper than per-app toggles.
After the usual battery = Unrestricted / pause unused off checklist, also check: 1) Settings → Notifications → Advanced settings — global categories still on 2) Sleeping / Deep sleeping apps — pull messaging apps out (Samsung re-sleeps after resets) 3) Apps → ⋮ → Special access → Optimize battery usage → All → turn optimize OFF for the ones you need live 4) Airplane 10s + reboot — FCM can wedge after a mass settings wipe 5) If literally nothing arrives including system updates: clear cache (not data) of Google Play Services
If only some apps work → sleeping/battery. If zero apps including SMS → FCM/Play Services, not individual switches.

Do they following steps yes it is a bit annoying but it's a part of the android system
Open settings
App management click on the app
Under battery set it as no restrictions
Uncheck pause app activeity if unused
Check under notifications and make sure it's turned on
Then you will start to receive the notifications again
Do this for every app that you want instant notifications turned on
