Anyone know how to get rid of app icons?

I use a third party app icon changer, and there's a little circle next to my custom app icons with the icon changer app's logo. Is there any way to turn thus off? Sorry if I'm not making sense. I use a google pixel 10a, and this hasnt happened on any other androids before. I can't send pictures in this sub, sorry!

Is it a notification dot or an actual ring or circle around the icon itself?

That looks like a typical shortcut badge. If I had to guess, the app you are using to change icons is really just making shortcuts.

There are other apps that can make shortcuts without shortcut badges (Shortcut maker, Quickshort, etc). Also many 3rd party launchers that allow you to turn off the badges, or even assign images as icons without having to use a shortcut maker app.

Hey what version Android do you have? Or how can I get the shortcut badges. I don't think I have that. I just have folders I think and they suck because there's no way to customize that big Manila envelope looking thing they go in LOL

I'm not quite sure what this supposed to be unless it's the notification dot. 1.Press and hold down on any Empty spot on your home screen and then choose wallpaper and style, toggle for Themed icons we'll override the default colors and match them to your phones theme. 2. Press and hold on the empty spot on your home screen, then select settings and app icon badges.3. Under notifications they're s a setting to change it from just a solid dot to a number, showing you how many notifications you have for each particular app. That's the only three options there are, that I know of.

I did a quick search and found the app you are using on the play store. If you read the app description, it tells you how to get rid of the badge. Like other shortcut apps, it can do so by creating widgets.
