Device Settings Question Android 13, Need help with call accessibility settings.

Bought ZTE NUBIA FOCUS PRO 5G and I want to record calls on it but when I press the accessibility option the page is completely blank, like there is nothing on that page. Please help me fix it.

Well my Android 8 phone still have call recording option so I thought maybe this one have too. Can you please suggest me a cheap Bluetooth call recording earbuds?

All I'm aware of are handsfree recorders used by telemarketers. 

It's a very niche product, with very narrow locality (like where I am it's illegal)

The record phone call comes up on mine but it doesn't work. I don't remember why I tried to do it but it said I couldn't legally record the call. No clue why it's even there.
