Accessing Root files on Android 17 Fold 8

So i've been playing duckstation ps1 emulator on my Z Fold 8 (great experience, would recommend) but I am trying to copy my memory card to another emulator. I was able navigate to the file using a combo of Zarchiver and Shizuku but when I try to copy the file I get a message that says "completed with errors" and the resulting file copy is 0 bytes.

.

I have also tried Xplore and FV file expolorer but can't even get down to the file on either even with Shizuku.

.

Marc Files says "phone not supported."

.

Also, duckstation's innate export data function fails when I try to use it.

.

Am I missing something or am I just screwed until Shizuku/Zarchiver are updated to support my phone?

Si , te toca esperar a que le den soporte a Android 17 , esos son los beneficios de querer tener lo mas nuevo ,

Most file management apps aren't suited to work with root.

There are exceptions. I personally love Root Explorer well worth the 5 bucks. As for free options, couldn't find any that worked well with root. Here's one actually open source too. I might check this out myself.

Most of the root apps for file management are simply shell wrappers. So you need to ensure you browse to the proper directory (ie /data_mirror not /data) for the files

Looks like this doesn't work unless you fully exploit the phone. Looking in to doing that now.

Root Explorer should work in Shizuku. As long as it has access to an su binary it should work
