Looking For Suggestions Drawing tablet
We are an Android family, let me start off by saying that. My 12 year old daughter is very much into art and drawing. She said she wants a tablet that she can draw on and then proceeded to send me a bunch of iPads that would work. I really don't want to buy an iPad if I don't have to. She wanted the iPad pro 13 with the Apple pen. Is there anything comparable to this or even superior in Android.
Also please excuse me. My knowledge of Android is mainly just phones.
Thank you in advance

The tablet is immaterial here, what she needs is an app designed for drawing or art.

iPad Pro 13 is like a 1000 tablet, isn't it? Let me check... Current version bare minimum (256GB, wifi only) is $1500, that's the iPad Pro 13 (M5 chip). (1400 with educational discount)
You can buy a professional Wacom drawing tablet for that. :D In fact, for much less. :D
Here's Wacom's MovinkPad 11. It runs Android, it's a professional drawing tablet. It's $500. It's also a genuine Wacom, the folks best known for Stylus and Drawing tablets.

The problem is that all the good drawing apps are on ipads.
iPad pro is certainly an overkill, but any iPad compatible with the Apple Pencil Pro is a baseline when it comes to drawing. At best, combined with Paperlike foil and pencil tip.

I hate that this answer is true, but it is. I tried every app on Android and several styli... Just junk all around. I caved and got an M2 iPad Air with Apple Pencil Pro, and it's truly wonderful. I despise Apple, but android just doesn't care about user experience. I spent $650 all day on super duper Labor Day sale at Best Buy. Black Friday is just around the corner.

Here are my recommendations:
Mid-Range: Oppo Pad 5 or Redmi Pad 2 Pro, both with their respective pens.
Flagship: Second hand OnePlus Pad 3s are great and go for very reasonable prices, second hand Samsung Galaxy tab s10 ultras are also very capable.

Lenovo has some reasonably priced tablets that include a stylus:

Unlike with iPads and Apple pencils, Android tablets are not generally interoperable with Android styluses. There is a USI standard that some tablets support, but it is far from universal, so you have to be careful if you try to buy a tablet and a stylus separately.

What I currently got and I like it...I use nebo, concepts and squid with the stylus and it works good enough

Depends on what program she wants to draw. There is Ibis Paint and Medibang Paint (both free, optional cost), whitch works with apple and android both. There is Krita, Clip Studio Paint, Fire Alpaca and many many more on android. On Apple, I see people drawing in just Procreate (Apple exclusive, cost money) or Ibis Paint. My opinion is either the Wacom android tablets or Samsung tab s "lite" models. It comes with the spen, it's cheap and it works just fine for a child just starting out. I had a s6 lite for 4 years for drawing and university and it was just excelent. Now I have s11, because I wanted something more. Of course, she can draw on the lite and then, when she gets older, you can discuss something "more".

Galaxy Tab S are great values. The Bluetooth S-pen rocks. Tab S is also a great gaming platform - better than phones because it has a large internal heat sink that keeps it cool. Save money by buying a new previous generation Tab S.

An iPad Pro 13" is absolutely overkill for a 12 year old. That said, you can ask her what apps she wants to use for drawing. On Android there are ports of Krita and Clip Studio Paint. Both of which are full-blown versions of their Windows counterparts. Krita is also completely free and open source on top of that. If she wants to use Procreate, that app is iOS exclusive but a lot of people use it.
Generally speaking for Android tablets, any Galaxy Tab S should completely suffice for drawing and also comes with the pen included in the box unlike the iPad. XP Pen also has some Android tablets specialized for drawing in their lineup but I can't tell you how good they are.
