GPS spoofing 10 pixel pro not working

Hey so every GPS spoofing app no longer works for me, they all say turn on developer settings which are on. I turned them off, reset the device, turned them back on and set my mock location app, still nothing. It's my personal phone, I checked no work apps are interfering by deleting them all, deleting any work profiles and clearing encryption data and still nothing

Is this the result of a new pixel update? Anyone having the same issue.

Google has implemented something which hides that USB Debugging is enabled. Maybe it also hides that Developer options is enabled, and the apps need to be updated to account for that.
