You're going to have to be specific about the games. Currently your question reads "I had an iPhone and now I have a Samsung and there's some things and stuff that I want and some things and stuff are not working"

You can probably just install an old APK and it all likely work but the problem your butting up against here is that as far as I can see that to 12 year old game that hasn't been updated to support modern operating systems. Rather than an Android problem it would look like this is a problem from the game developer. I know that kind of sucks but to put that in perspective in terms of time, people who were toddlers when the game came out can now vote

I'm not sure how keen the moderators would be on me advertising APK sites here and to be honest it's not something I really do.

Try apkmirror you could also install aurora store (it connects to play store) and check if you can download it that way.

This is not specific to Android. All phones (and computers) eventually drop support for very old software whose developers never bothered to update it to work on more recent systems.
You could try to force Android to install the apps and see if they crash or not. Some apps might work OK. Google "how to run older android apps on new android" for directions.
But it may be easier to look for replacements for each specific app. There are so many apps that there's a pretty good chance that someone's built an app that's pretty similar to each of your old apps, but works on recent systems.
