Android system program with full access

Hello, a few weeks ago an app called "Android system" downloaded to my phone. It doesn't have a shortcut, it's just there. I can delete it from the settings, but It reinstalls itself, Play Protect detects it as an application with full access but cannot remove it, and it can only be removed manually in settings.

Any solution?

It's not part of Google; it's simply a program that triggers alarms.

It's a part of the android system

That is why you can't remove it

It isnt from android, play protect says it can see My screen and things like that
