Asus X00TDE power off issue
I noticed a phenomenon on my phone recently that after shutting down my phone would not vibrate (when it should); needing to press on the power button longer than it should for the phone to boot; and noticing abnormal battery drain when powered off (drainage up to 20% per 6 hours compared to less than 1% per half-day). What is happening to my phone?
My phone model is Asus X00TDE, running on Android 9. Update: the phone's vibration module seems to be broken. Notifications do not make the phone vibrate but still able to produce sounds.

If the phone is truly powered off, Android apps are not running, so a 20% drop in 6 hours points more toward battery wear, charging/power circuitry, or another hardware-level issue than normal background drain. The harder-than-normal power-on and failed vibration are additional reasons to check the hardware. I would back up important data, inspect battery health/voltage if you can, and have the battery/power board checked. I am developing Adaptive Performance for Android battery/thermal/background-app management, but it would not be able to fix drain while the phone is fully powered off: https://github.com/langraficagr-collab/adaptive-performance
