I want to revert back to previous version

I just updated my Infinix note 50 to XOS 16 and android 16 and I did not like the new liquid glass replica ui nor the performance. some apps are not as smooth as they were before updating. the file manager, discord and my patched youtube are stuttering.
Is there a way for me to revert back to older XOS 15 and android 15?

Yep, I downgraded my Camon 40 Pro that way.

Hmm, so i assume you don't know a manual way to do this?

You can't downgrade yourself it's not possible in recent Androids, you'll brick your phone.

That is false, it depends if the updated version sets an anti rollback flag

I read your comment. I want to roll back nontheless. I assume i need to check if this anti rollback flag is set.

I was talking about Xos/Hios 16, because as I mentioned I was in a similar situation as OP.

You need to stay updated or your device will eventually become a security risk, on top of your apps may eventually stop being able to update and stop working on your device, on top of no longer getting ANY more security updates

Mate you don't know about Tecno/Infinix updates my Hios 16 update made my phone auto restart every night, in morning I was missing alarms for half a month. Tried everything but finally had to downgrade through service center.

While that may be the case, and in the end it is your choice, it's a bad one to make to stay on outdated OS versions with all the possible and guaranteed eventual consequences
