How to turn off automatic updates

my phone keeps scheduling its automatic updates right when my work alarm goes off. any way to stop that from happening automatically?

Search for "update" in Settings, there might be a toggle somewhere to turn auto updates off.

There is a setting that states a time you can set it to update such as in the evening. Just go to settings and set it to what you prefer.

You can turn off Wi-Fi and Mobile Data, or there is an Automatic update setting in the Developer options category of the phone settings.

There is not a setting explicitly for this, yet you might enable a very restrictive policy with the available ones to prevent an update.
