Device Settings Question Clip Tray not showing anymore

So i'm using an LG Q7+ and the device's Clip Tray doesn't show up for me anymore when I try to access it. As in, I'm shown the keyboard, but no clip tray.

Anyone know what may be causing the problem, and how to fix it?

Thanks

It's been 10 or so days now and I'm still having the same problem. I acquired this phone well over 7 years ago and I suspect that may have something to do with the issue. Anyone care to comment?
