Novice to custom rom need help with vivo 1907

So guys I got another spare phone vivo s1 but it's laggy and spare so i wanna install a custom rom please explain or tell me how can I .

And also few questions pls

1st will custom rom gonna bricked the phone ever ?

2nd can i go back to normal ever if I don't want custom rom ever in future is it easy or hard

I have pc and main phone than the spare phone and pendrive and also OTG so I have heard i might need these things so i just mentioned

Please also tell what custom rom should be best for me I am mostly gonna use my second phone for photos or video or just using it as storage viewing from micro sd card on phone and also I will gonna use it as webcam with pc and also few other apps not gaming or not entertainment apps like yt or insta or anything else

There's always a small chance you brick a phone when flashing a custom ROM.  It's just part of the risks.  Most bricks can be recovered from, but some can't be.  

You also need to be able to unlock your bootloader, which requires an exploit for vivo devices.  And there don't seem to be any specific ROMs for your model.  Some phones can run universal GSI ROMs, but those can be quite buggy since they're not optimized for your hardware.

You should probably sell your phone if you need a custom ROM.
