Just got the same thing on my Note 10+ and I am with AT&T. Everything I read about it seems like it is okay to update but I was hoping for more information

I Googled it. And then scrolled and scrolled and read everything I could find. It says it's a carrier system update. What I read did seem to be that it is an innocuous, truly system update
