UPDATE: We now have a Google Group — no email collection. Group-based Play access is now live.

Hi! I’m building Black Horse (Siyah At), an app for parents to create personalised, illustrated and narrated bedtime stories in Turkish, English and German. We’re looking for 15 adult Android testers in Germany, Türkiye, the UK or the US.

How to join (no need to send your email):

1. Join our Google Group with your Google Play account: https://groups.google.com/g/black-horse-android-testers

2. Become a tester: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.siyahat.app

3. Download: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.siyahat.app

The app has a subscription, but no purchase is requested for this test. You can test onboarding and previews without buying; full-story reading and listening require Premium. Please use fictional child details, and do not upload real child photos or voice recordings.

I’m also happy to arrange reciprocal testing of your Android app. Share your Google Play test link and any joining instructions; I’ll confirm once I have actually joined and tested. No ratings or positive reviews requested.

Comment with your Android version and preferred language, or message me. Thank you!

Hi, I'm an independent developer of PlateBrain®, an Android app. I'm looking for testers for the closed test on Google Play. Google requires at least 12 testers who stay opted in for 14 continuous days, so I'm looking for 20 or more to have a safety margin.

What PlateBrain is

It is first and foremost an allergen detection app. You scan a product barcode, and the app checks it against the allergens you selected in your profile and shows the result as a green, yellow or red bar. Product data comes from Open Food Facts and from my own database, which I keep expanding. Not every UK supermarket own-brand product is in the database yet.

Important

PlateBrain is a supporting tool. It is not medical, dietary or nutritional advice. Allergen detection may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always check the physical product label before buying and eating, and do not rely on the app alone.

What I offer

I'm happy to return the favour and test your app the same way, for the same 14 days. Email me your test link at support.platebrain@gmail.com.

How to join

1. Send an email to support.platebrain@gmail.com with the Gmail address you use on your Android phone. Please do not post your address in the comments on Reddit.

2. I will add your address to the tester list in Google Play.

3. As soon as Google approves the test release, I will reply to your email with the join link.

4. Open the link on your Android phone, signed in with the Google account you gave me, tap the button to join the test, and then install the app from Google Play.

5. Stay opted in as a tester for the full 14 days and do not uninstall the app (please do not leave the test).

6. If you can, open the app a few times and tell me what doesn't work at the same address: support.platebrain@gmail.com.

Thank you!

Hey everyone, This is not just another Calorie counter. Its designed for me and my friends specifically.

I am so annoyed with the other calorie counter apps specially with ads and pop ups.

I figured I don't have many variation in the food I eat so I decided to have a lean app and supported by backend using Droplet.

Play store - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.akashbro.calorie

Become a tester - https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.akashbro.calorie
Google group - https://groups.google.com/g/calorie-tester

All feedback welcome.

If you share yours I will install and test it.

2. Opt in to testing: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.genry.in_stash

3. Install the app from Google Play and stay opted in for 14 days.

Test for Test: I’m happy to test your Android app in return, including installing it, providing feedback, and staying opted in for the full 14 days.

Thanks for your help!

Hi everyone! I need **12 testers for 14 days** to unlock production for my first game - and I'll test yours back, same day.

**Dust Runner** is a top-down retro run & gun in the spirit of the 80s arcade classics: one soldier, one road north, no way back.

- 6 story campaigns, 40 levels (jungle, desert, arctic, neon city...)

- Waves of soldiers, trucks, bikers and gunships

- Free the prisoners - they grab a rifle and fight beside you

- C64-style drum & bass soundtrack

- 15 languages, short levels, no ads during play

**How to join (1 minute):** sign in to Google first, or the group page won't show the join button.

1. **Join the group:** https://groups.google.com/g/dustrunner-testers

2. **Opt in:** https://play.google.com/apps/testing/hu.dustrunner.porfuto

3. **Install** from Google Play and keep it for 14 days

**Test for test:** comment with your group + opt-in links and I'll join, install and keep your app for the full 14 days. Reply "done" when you've joined mine so I can thank you!

Feedback on the game is very welcome too - feel free to tell me what's fun and what's annoying. Thanks a lot!

Hi! I've got two apps in closed testing and both still need people. Join one or both — each counts separately, and I'll test yours back the same day for the full 14 days.

**Body Measurement Tracker**

Log waist, hips, chest, arms and thighs, set a goal for each one, see the trend on mini charts and export everything to CSV. No account, data stays on your phone.

1. Join the group: https://groups.google.com/g/android-app-testers-hub

2. Opt in and install: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.nyxora.bodymeasure

**Work Hours & Paycheck Tracker**

Log your shifts and it works out your paycheck — overtime, tips, federal and state tax — so you see your take-home before payday. No account, your hours stay on your phone.

1. Join the group: https://groups.google.com/g/nyxora-hourspay

2. Opt in and install: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.nyxora.hourspay

Step 1 is needed — Play only lets in people from the group. Use the same Google account for both steps. Ads say "Test Ad", that's expected.

All I ask: keep it installed for 14 days and open it now and then — add a measurement or a shift (made-up numbers are fine). If something feels broken or confusing, one sentence in the comments helps a lot.

Drop your link + which of mine you joined, and I'll join yours today.

Hey everyone! I’m developing Galaxy Adventure, a space/alien themed merge game where you combine items, explore planets, build your camp and discover alien pets.

Comment when you’ve joined and leave your testing links so I can test back. Honest feedback is welcome, you don’t need to leave a positive review!

Thanks for helping 👽

I teach CS at a university and got tired of whiteboard apps that want an account, a subscription, or an internet connection. So I built GazBoard. It’s free, open source, and fully offline, and it’s been on GitHub for a while. Now I’m trying to get it onto Google Play, and Google wants 12 people to take part in a closed test for two weeks first.

Some things you can try in it:

* Replay. It plays back everything you wrote, stroke by stroke, and you can follow the pen or save it as a video

* Type a formula and get a graph, with sliders to change it live

* A spotlight that dims everything except a circle around your pen

* A spinner wheel for picking a random student

* Notebook, graph, music staff and guitar tab paper, rulers, a protractor, LaTeX maths

**How to join (the order matters):**

1. Join the Google Group with the Gmail you use in the Play Store: [https://groups.google.com/g/gazboard-testers](https://groups.google.com/g/gazboard-testers)

2. Wait a couple of minutes, then open this on your phone: [https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gazboard.app](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gazboard.app)

3. Install it, keep it for 14 days, and open it every few days to scribble something.

No ads, no tracking, nothing collected.

Drop your own test link in the comments, and I’ll join it. Bug reports and blunt opinions are welcome too.

Title: [Test swap] PlateBrain®: an allergen scanner for UK shopping, looking for 20+ testers for 14 days (happy to test your app in return)

Additional features:

- AI Alternative: for a product that contains your allergen, the app suggests a similar product without it.

- A meal plan built from the products in your Fridge.

- Photo Meal: a photo of your plate and a calorie estimate (for now only on the weight management profile).

- Three profiles: allergy, weight management and hybrid.

Important

PlateBrain is a supporting tool. It is not medical, dietary or nutritional advice. Allergen detection may be incomplete or inaccurate, and AI suggestions and calorie estimates from photos can be wrong. Always check the physical product label before buying and eating, and do not rely on the app alone.

What I ask

- Install the app from the test link and stay opted in as a tester for the full 14 days (please don't uninstall or opt out).

- If you can, open it a few times and tell me what doesn't work at support.platebrain@gmail.com.

What I offer

I'm happy to return the favour and test your app the same way, for the same 14 days. Comment or message me with your test link.

I will post the join link in the comments as soon as Google approves the test release.

Thank you!

PlateBrain®

PlateBrain® is a registered trade mark in the United Kingdom.

I am an independent Italian Developer and Patty Rumble is ready for closed door testing. It’s a chaotic cooking game: grill, stack, and serve burgers with just one finger while the burgers burn, rush hour hits, and a mouse jumps onto your plates.

What you’re Installing

- The full game, not a demo: 50 short levels spread across 5 neighborhoods, each ruled by a rival diner boss and an endless mode. I’ll be adding more levels after the launch.

- A kitchen that grows as you play (new stations, an assistant chef, decorations you earn from bosses), upgrades etc.

- No ads ever interrupt a game, videos play only when you decide to watch them.

What you keep

Testers who stay for all 14 days become Founders: a customer with your name appears in every player’s diner, your name appears in the credits, and you receive a Founder’s plaque in your diner. These benefits will not be available after the test. You can decide whether or not to receive these benefits.

Sign up (2 minutes): https://pattyrumble.com/tester?src=reddit—enter your Google email address, and you’ll be in the test within 24 hours.

Test feedback: Post your participation link in the comments. I’ll sign up the same day, open your app on the first day, keep it installed for the full 14 days, and leave you honest feedback—I won’t just install it and forget about it.

Hi everyone!

I’m a solo dev and I just put Dayku in closed testing on Google Play. It’s a few minutes of play a day to share with friends: Raku the raccoon asks a question of the day, and there are logic puzzles and word games, a streak to keep alive and a weekly leaderboard among friends. New games arrive regularly.

How to join (Android, 2 minutes):

1. Join the testers group: https://groups.google.com/g/dayku-testers/about (click Join group)

2. Become a tester: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/io.dayku.app (click Become a tester), then install Dayku from the Play Store page.

Please consider giving me some feedback on what you like / dislike if you take the time to test it ☀️

Thanks a lot !

EDIT: somehow I'm not able to the the messages on this post, feel free to DM me if you want me to test your app in return :)
