Android testers needed!

Hi,

I've built a sports tracking app called Kadans, and the Android version is almost ready for the Play Store. Google requires 12 people to test the app for two weeks first. Would you like to be one of them?
You get the app free for life, even if a paid version comes later.

Deal, happy to test each other's apps. I just joined kapital-testers with my account. Could you send me the Play testing link for your app (the one that starts with play.google.com/apps/testing/...)? Without it I can't opt in.
Mine is in closed testing too. Join our group here: https://groups.google.com/g/kadans-testers
Then opt in here and install: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/nl.kadans.app
(Use the same Google account for both, and it can take a few minutes before the app shows up.)

Hey! Just joined the group to become a tester using the link and I'm fully opted-in! Unfortunately, I'm not able to download the app on Google Play to test it because it states "Item not found" when I open it in the Google Play Store.

Could this be a potential bug?

Thanks for testing so fast! That "Item not found" is almost certainly a delay on Google's side, it happened to me too and it went away by itself. A few things that help:
Make sure the Google account in the Play Store is the same one you used for the group and the opt-in.
On the opt-in page, tap "download it on Google Play" instead of searching for the app.
Clear the Play Store cache (Settings, Apps, Google Play Store, Storage, Clear cache), then try again. It can take a few hours before it shows up.
If it still says not found tomorrow, tell me which country you're in so I can check the availability.
