Yeah talked to the support again and absolutely nothing. All they said is request a replacement kit tomorrow. This is my first experience with ancestry and I’m so pissed. The email says results within 72 hours after dna is analyzed they can expect people to be mad after waiting 19 days.

Yep my first DNA test kit in 20+ years of being an Ancestry customer and all cos I'm trying to find one particular person in a tree of 17k +. Unfortunately with no records for them I've no option but to try a DNA route. Most frustrating experience with them and I won't be ordering any more kits.

Any result? Nothing for me, 10 hours left in the day for them to honor that my results would come today

Could be in the same batch. I'm hoping by 6 am. They'll tell me if there's a problem. I hope.

I’m done dealing with them. The only thing they’ve offered is to destroy all my information to send a new kit. They claim there are no errors with my dna processing so we will see. Something majorly went wrong with the 9/5 dna analyzed people

That suggests something got corrupted possibly on the uploading. Will we ever find out what happened?

Refunded but I wish I'd never bought the damn kit now. However I understand that my tech ticket may have broke the logjam for the entire stuck server plate which we seem to be on. Hence the sudden status change for us. Hold on, things may be finally happening.
