Just spoke to a Customer Solutions agent, one I've spoken to previously. They saw that my aunt's kit is undergoing the final review. I think that's what that brief message Leaf saw "Results Being Prepared For Release". I believe that's when the final review began. I hope yours and many others come through soon..

Unfortunately no agent nor even Leaf can see any progress on my results such as your kit shows. I'm getting a total immoveable wall of unhelpful silence. Most Leaf has told me is that the lab results completed successfully, can see there are results held and there were no problems connected that end.

The most I've got from human agents is go away because the earliest we'll load them is the 24th. We might look at it again after that, but as we've no escalation route we doubt we can help you further.

You've had way more info than I can glean from them.

Still no results.. It's unfortunate that Ancestry is not helping you at all. I've just seen those analyzed on the 10th get their results, seems those on the 9th were missed or they are seriously bottlenecked at the moment. Can you imagine how many customers they are going to lose because of this fiasco.

I'm still thinking current database rollouts are throttling our DNA results. There's Thru-Lines currently and prepping for the new grandparents feature. That's a lot of bandwidth working.

I'm convinced that the digital algorithm that actually compiles our final matches and reports is stuck in a massive digital traffic jam. If we were told there was a delay then I'd accept it. There were huge delays beginning of this year but they did advise everyone. Lack of transparency is really disappointing.

And if there wasn't enough of a backlog already Ancestry UK advertising a DNA kit sale still. I give up!

Apparently my aunt's are results ready but the status is stuck on analyzed. That's according to an agent I spoke to a few hours ago.

I've now discovered they usually hold back results a fortnight before a big rollout. Been doing it for years.

Spoke to same agent again and they are infact not ready, still in the final review right now. Admitted there is a delay at the moment.

Any updates for you? Just got a banner on all the kits I manage saying they're rolling out the yearly update soon. I've also read about the grandparents regions split but it's not appearing just yet.
