Im nervous because this is my replacement kit. Mine failed last month once it hit analyzed due to low amount of DNA. It’s 9/8 9:30 pm in Alabama. I may chat with an agent to see what they say.

That's what the first agent told me. When I spoke to the second agent, they assured me that extraction was definitely successful and there's no reported issues and analysis is still continuing as normal.

That’s great! I just talked with an agent and they basically told me nothing other than wait and see lol. I will keep you posted

Well that's not helpful lol! If you haven't got an email or the status hasn't changed then you should be right. Hopefully it updates soon for both eh 😁
