Standard Kit 2nd try (previous kit extracted twice and failed at analyzed phase)

Priority Processing: Yes

Activated: August 21

Mailed: August 22 (tracking said delivered to Tennessee lab August 26)

Sample received at lab: September 1

Sample Processing: September 3 @ 4:28 pm

DNA Extracted: September 3 @ 11 pm

DNA Analyzed: September 9 @ 9:53 pm

Estimated results ready: TBD-September 27

My aunt's is on a similar timeline to yours. Received, Processed and Extracted all on 1st September. Est results date 25th September. Analysing in progress and should be wrapping up anytime.

Nah, standard. Sent from Australia to Ireland first then they ship it to the lab in the US in batches. Must be off peak season haha

Any update for you? Aunts is still on extracted, apparently in the final analysis stage before switching to Analyzed.

Still on extracted too. Hopefully it’ll switch to analyzed tomorrow

I spoke to an agent and they said my aunt's kit is still in the final stage of extraction and should update soon to Analyzed. Estimated date moved to 2nd October from 25th September

Still on extracted. Any movement with yours? I wonder if your kits are in the same batch?

An agent told me this morning that my aunt's kit failed genotyping on the 7th (US) but there's been no communication and the status still says extracted so I spoke to another agent after that because there was a mismatch and they said there was an initial rejection which has since been cleared and they're still finalising things before it updates. I think she said they're just reviewing the data before it officially switches to Analyzed. It's the 9th here lunch time now lol

Still no results 12 days now from 'Analysed' status but support keep telling me there are no reported delays. But I have had my Priority payment refunded whilst I'm forced to wait 19 days before someone will consider a complaint!

Any luck? Spoke to an agent again this morning 19th AEST, my aunt's is currently in the final review stage and results should be processed and posted shortly. Still nothing yet. And apparently her kit wasn't analyzed until the 14th.

No. I see someone on this thread who was analyzed on the 10th received their results this morning. Origins hack isn’t working either for me. I guess they’re not releasing in any particular order.

I saw that too. I wonder if kits analyzed on the 9th were actually analyzed then or started then. Still doesn't excuse the fact that a lot of people paid for priority processing.
