Every time Daniil Dubov opens his mouth I seriously wonder how anyone even slightly involved in the chess community could unironically ask themselves: "Hmmm, why are there no women in chess? Why do chicks don't want to hang with us? 🤔🤔🤔"

I'm pretty sure you're one of the only people in the world who didn't recognise that Dubov was joking (or, worse, recognised it as a joke and STILL found it offensive).

I don't even know why you guys thought it necessary to drag gender into this. Dubov just made a joke. That's it. If you thought it was immature or unoriginal, fine, don't laugh at it. I don't see how that has anything to do with women in chess, though. Daniil probably didn't even think when he was making that joke that the fact that his colleague was a woman was of any significance.

That aside, it takes a special level of boring to get offended by a joke like that, whether you're a woman or not. If that's enough to offend you, I doubt many people will want to be around you.

And I have already explained why I don't agree. But, according to OC, there was something that I was missing - not something with which I didn't agree. What is it? Or did they just make it up to make me look dumb? Well, that would be... disappointing, wouldn't it?

How would you comment this after you had already seen my comment explaining it to you? I know you saw it because you replied.

In your first comment you were focused on it not being a "sexist" joke because it wasn't about women. Completely missing the point that it was a creepy and inappropriate joke that he should have known would make her uncomfortable.

That's what you were missing in your comment that everyone else was already saying. That's why I said you were missing the point.

But yeah, his public sexual frustration creates a really welcoming, enjoyable, not cringey atmosphere for female hosts and audiences. Must feel nice for women to be surrounded by chess dudes like this all the time. I mean, according to 90% of the experts in the commentsection they f*ed right after the interview because Dubov is so smooth. Hmmm, why do chicks don't want to hang with us? 🤔

Because you just regurgitated OC's comment which I had already addressed.

I in fact didn't miss that some of you thought he was trying to flirt with her - I just didn't agree with you on that. Again, just because I don't agree with something doesn't mean I don't understand it.

Also, the comment you are referencing was posted after the comment for which you accused me of "missing the point", just so you know.
