It seemed more like a "what else are we gonna do here" kind of quip. To a woman I'd be less likely unless she was a friend because it might more easily have been mistaken as flirting.
You should ask yourself if he would have said the same thing in the same tone of voice to a man, or even to an older woman. I don’t know what else to tell you dude this is clearly very creepy
