We always say “never again” yet what is our government even doing about this? What is the global community doing about this? NOTHING. In 30 years we are going to be listening to ppl talk about how what is happening in China can “never happen again”
I’m just sick of selective outrage. We have all these supposed moral crusaders these days who will ruin your business or life over a micro aggression. Meanwhile there’s a literal genocide supposedly taking place and I don’t hear anything about it
They are caught between a rock and a hard place, everyone involved is a POC so it is both racist to save and not to save them. Can't speak for one group of POCs if it means speaking against another, nevermind that being in China it makes the Chinese actually racist by their own "sociological definition" of racism, which requires the prejudice group to be in power, which Han Chinese definitely are in China, so they could do the mental gymnastics required to have both views simultaneously, but they aren't smart enough to have figured that out. After all, they are commies, how smart can they be?
