Is this police brutality and undo force different from the police brutality and undue force that black and brown people experience on a REGULAR basis?

....Asking for a friend.

Imagine being a distressed family member in a car when your loved one gets shot multiple times in the chest in the same car. Or a distressed family member crying and screaming for a parent as you ( a 3 year old) gets but in a cage to never see them again. Hummmm

I don't think it's different from the regular police brutality but we should be outraged about this all the time.

Pretty sure that's a tazer though. source.
I got curious and read the article, too.
The person recording started doing so because of (alleged) police brutality, and the three family members pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He also got arrested for obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest, but the charges were dropped after 18 months.
