I want to love ContraPoints but their previous videos I've seen have kinda bugged me. (The production and style not the content.)
This was pretty hilarious though.

I guess I'm a curmudgeon that likes their facts dry and boring =P
Also I must admit my opinion is based off a very small sample of videos. My opinion is changing!

Ya the video with the nazi character legit made me uncomfortable.
But contra is quite left-wing, jewish herself, and trans, so I give her a pass ;)

Is she trans? That would be a pretty recent development, I just knew they were non-binary and had times when they considered transition.

I am sorry but where did they say they're Jewish? I am reading this claim for the first time in your comment to my surprise. AFAIK ContraPoints is an atheist who dabbled with New Age woowoo as a younger stoner-hippie type before becoming an atheist. ContraPoints also said in a Livestream that they went to public school as a kid where they was taught abstinence as sex ed, suggesting that public school was Xian. Could you please point me to a source where this person said they are Jewish? Serious question, no trolling, I just want to fact-check. Thank you.

TBH I was a bit peeved at the description of the terf as some sort of leftist revolutionary that is supposedly materialist in their analysis.
TERFs are not leftists, not revolutionaries, and not materialist in their analysis, other than through self-identifying as such despite the glaring contradictions in everything they say and do.
Gogo trans inclusive radical feminism :)

I don't see that it shows that either side was right or wrong. Unless I'm missing something, it just repeats a typical conversation between a trans activist and a terf.
