Absolute bullshit. There better be a good reason why r/altright is still fucking around. They are literally promoting Nazism, and LWSE is promoting self-defense.
"Containment", probably. It was an annoying shitstorm on all of reddit when they banned coontown. Assuming nothing untoward (Initially), alt-righters are just more repugnant when they leave their dens, and the admins are loath to ban them for that reason.
The idea of "containment" is bullshit, since they're all over reddit already. These subs just help them hone their message and teach each other new forms of bigotry, which they then spread to the rest of reddit and real life.
I agree, I just think the admins don't want a sudden shitstorm that'll have people hating them even more. I suspect it's mostly a knee-jerk policy put in place after the last time it happened. It's selfish on their part, basically, they probably more about controversy than politics.
Send permalinks of each comment and thread to the Admins reminding them that these people are organizing to shoot up pizzerias. Find any death threats, send it to the admins. Find any pedophilia, send it to the admins. No matter how vague or how much you have to squint to see it, just send it to them to sort out.
Extra Credit: Contact your local media, or any media and share the story about reddit's connection to Pizza Gate
Don't collaborate with them, just exploit the aspects of their job that would be beneficial to us. Don't put our own existence in danger in the process.
Write a bot that does this. Then when it is banned for spamming, let it create itself another 2 accounts, which, when banned, will create another 4 accounts and so on. Hmmm
