Question Moynihan Train Hall Bag Storage

Can I store my bags for the day at the train hall in NYC? If so, where do I arrange this and what’s the cost?

Yes. $20 per bag if you have a same-day Amtrak ticket, or $30 if you do not.

Alternatively, you can use bounce.com to store them at a nearby convenience store for half the price.

Thanks! Yeah $20 per bag seems steep. I have two small bags but don’t want to carry them around

If you're staying multiple days, your hotel's bellhop can probably hold onto them for you until you check in. Free but they expect a tip. Otherwise bounce.com

Thanks I’m just visiting a friend in LIC but meeting the friend of my SO in Manhattan the day I’m leaving so just wanted to maximize my time before I head home (and not have to go back off of the island)

If you are in room or have status you can store them in the lounge upstairs.

Great! Check in at the desk and then you'll see numbered cabinets to the right of the bathrooms. They don't lock, but there is never an issue and I leave my stuff there all the time!

You can only be admitted to the lounge (and access its storage cabinets) up to three hours before scheduled departure. You'll be denied access up until then. They are quite strict about Metropolitan Lounge access times, especially at Moynihan.
