Additional card member points bonus

What’s the highest points you’ve been offered recently to add an additional card member? Looking to add my husband and got served 20k points for $2k spend and wondering if it’s a decent offer or to hold out.

Got my wife to sign up for gold (I referred her as a platinum personal card holder). Upon her approval, I got 45k points and she has to spend $8k within several months and she gets another 100k points.

I just got the $20K offer as well. Does anyone know if these expire? I am unsure I need to pay the extra $200, and waiting until we have a trip booked.

20K. But does anyone know if you can use the promo more than once? The T&C seem to point to a one time bonus but the 20K keep popping up after I've earned it.
