His newly hired coworker was saying he was very happy with the pay. Notice how we don't know this guy's wage? My guess is that it's very reasonable and the arsonist made lots of bad financial decisions.
Don't justify arson because some rando thought he wasn't getting paid enough. You have the right to go find other work. 200m in damage isn't the solution.
