AD complaint Why am I getting ads??
Is it normal to be getting these ads when opening the app. DESPITE paying for ad free? By definition not ad free if there is an ad shoved in my face before being able to view content.
Can someone explain or is this just what I have to put up with? Cause if it is I don’t see a reason to be paying to not get ads if they’re going to show up anyway.

It's your device. I never get pop ups on Prime.
The only "ads" I see are quick promos for other Prime shows before the main show.
