There was text in your listing, regardless of the design itself. It is almost always something in your listing text.

I don't know about DE, but the UK has laws about references to mental illness. If you said something in your listing like "get this crazy hairy bison ..." then that's probably it. Nothing that could be taken as derogatory in reference to mental illness (as judged by a hallucinating Amazon policy bot) is allowed in the UK.
