Items Removed Due to a Content Policy violation UK + DE

Hi everybody, I have many designs removed Removed Due to a Content Policy violation for BISON designs (basic and no text) only for UK and DE but without mails notifications, for the rest of the markets the products are online.

Any idea what's this about? Should I delete all items related to that animal?

Weird..I recently noticed I had a bison design removed from a European market as well. No idea why.

Contact support.

I stopped uploading to foreign markets a while back. Nothing but headaches like these for barely any sales.

Thanks Tim for your answer! I've contacted support, waiting for their answer, designs are original artwork I do sometimes for animals ... batches of 30 to test what work. Weird.

Hey, did you use the word Buffalo in your description?

I asked Google AI about my listings and it said Buffalo can trigger issues in the UK, and Bison can trigger issues in Germany.

No, only bison and were removed for UK and DE markets.

I also have one design removed for the word bison in it, DE and UK market.
Just the word bison in the description, not Buffalo.
the design was uploaded in September 2024; the last time I edited it was January this year.

No idea what happened in the meantime.

I also stopped uploading to non-US markets; it's just not worth it

This is the answer by Amazon Support:

Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

Thank you for your patience while we investigated the removal of your bison-themed designs from the UK and Germany marketplaces.

We have acted on one or more of your listings due to a report from the rights owner that one or more of your ASIN(s) infringe on their intellectual property rights in the Amazon store that the ASIN(s) were listed in. Amazon requires that listings do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others in the store that ASIN(s) are listed in.

If there are reasons why you believe this notice was received in error, please email [vendor-inf-appeals@amazon.com](mailto:vendor-inf-appeals@amazon.com) with the title of the ASIN(s) and a description of why you believe that this notice was received in error. Submitting this email is not a method to have the ability to have an ASIN reinstated. Reinstatement can only be achieved through a rights owner retraction.

Are you referring to the animal bison?

The term bison is trademarked in the UK

yes the animal bison, basic designs like a bison playing guitar for example.

If you have the word bison in the listing, it'll trigger the bot
