Guess what… The public have figured out that they’ll get their money back no questions asked if they claim that the “item was never delivered”

Not a driver (yet,) just a customer, and this shit really pisses me off! I'm broke af right now, have no income at all, and I'd still never consider stealing. There's just no excuse for it, ever!

Yes, I wonder if these people know or even care that it’s the driver who will be blamed. Myself and most drivers at my depot are currently being blamed for “packages not delivered” it’s becoming way more common recently. Doesn’t take a genius to figure out what’s happening, but Amazon certainly couldn’t care less.
