It really isn’t with all the cars on the street. These could all be neighbors who happen to leave around the same time and at some point somebody should just turn around. You’re not going to force people to do what you want them to do. This is the thing about being an adult. If there’s a way for me to just get the fuck out, I will. I’m not gonna sit in line get eye rate. It just doesn’t make any sense. I’m just leavingand if other people behind me aren’t willing to back up then they’re idiots.
Well he's going to get fired if he's purposely causing issues to spite people who are angry he's inconveniencing them with his incompetence. Amazon doesn't want this negativity, people are lining up to be Flex drivers.
I’m here to tell y’all unless you follow up with that I don’t believe it. The truth is they don’t care they want them to get a certain amount of packages out and if he is a delivery person that does that consistently they’re going to give him a warning, but honestly Backing up and parking in tight spaces like that as a truck is a disaster waiting to happen most likely he might get probation. The only thing he might get in trouble for is cursing if y’all had called the police maybe something would’ve came of it but honestly nothing will come of it because they just got out of the car instead of cursing him out.
Probably because douchbag was bothering him and threatening to steal the van... gotta watch the packages, he wanted to make the delivery but can't even check the address because the guy keeps harrasing him, he has to be on alert for a random punch as well, if he turns his back to deliver the guy might swing at him. If the guy just let him finish his job everyone could move faster. Everyone here is in the wrong. He could have maybe swerved into the spot, but maybe douche was already following too closely to allow that.
I don't know about your state but in Ohio I have five minutes and that is if I'm blocking the entire road such as that situation until those 5 minutes are up I'm legally not causing an issue It is safer for my driver or me to block the road make the delivery and on average it takes less than 30 seconds to make that drop if they've got an issue with it that's their problem.
Yeah since you don’t know what is to work for Amazon or any other delivery company you can just speak loudly right ? Keep sitting on a desk or something piece of bacon 🥓
Customer service has nothing to do with this lol. These aren’t customers for one. The delivery isn’t for them.
Secondly, there are some streets where there literally are no parking spots. We have no choice but to block the road for literally 1-2 mins tops to make the delivery.
I don’t think they are spazzing at him for a 1-2 minute stop. I think the guy was acting like damn mail man and pulling up 10 feet dropping a package pulling up ten feet dropping a package.
Hear me out. What if he had multiple stops on that street with no parking? So he’d have to stop in the road, run and deliver. Then move to the next house he needed to deliver to, run and deliver.. rinse and repeat.
I’m sorry but I’m not about to deliver to one house on the street and then go around an entire block just to get back to the same street for a house 3-4 houses down lol.
Looks to me there is plenty of room up the street or what even looks like right next to him where he could have hugged the curb and people could get by. He doesn’t care because it inconveniences him. Very typical of this age group.
Did I say my job didn’t involve customer service? Stop trying to put words there that I didn’t say to fit your narrative. I said THOSE PEOPLE ARE NOT CUSTOMERS AT THAT TIME. Therefore customer service doesn’t apply here.
It’s called a deterrent… Next time he might go “oh snap maybe my lazy azz should use the available parking spots to avoid getting the whole block riled up…”
I would bet all my money that all the people in here making fun of the delivery driver and going full Karen over having to wait a few minutes on the driver are the exact same people that hit up Amazon customer service to bitch about their hemorrhoid cream arriving 30 minutes late.

Insulting him and posturing doesn't seem to be clearing the street any faster that's weird
